  • Overview

    Reliant Medical Group is looking for full time financial analyst to work within the Financial Planning & Healthcare Analytics department of this multi-specialty physician group practice.

     

    Position: Ful time 40 hours per week

    Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
    No Weekends, No Holidays

    Responsibilities

    Responsibilities will primarily include working in the following areas of financial planning –

    • Assist and support the Manager, Senior Analysts, Director, all levels of management and others in the development and distribution of a variety of routine and strategic financial analyses
    • Assist with delivering financial reports and key metrics to customers
    • Assist with the annual operating budget process
    • Assist with creation and analysis of financial metrics for management
    • Assist with quarterly and annual forecasting processes to help generate multiyear profitability and cash flow analyses under various scenarios
    • Support financial and cost benefit analyses either as part of or independent of special financial analyses, business plan, projects and/or acquisitions / divestitures / joint ventures
    • Reconcile and cross analyze financial, operational, and statistical data to multiple standard sources to ensure accuracy and integrity at all times
    • Be able to self-identify significant data ‘outliers’ on sight and pursue explanation or validation of those outliers

    Qualifications

    Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting, or related field required. Master’s degree or professional experience ideal. Demonstrated ability to develop and present creative approaches and solutions to financial business issues. Knowledge of general accounting principles, data collection and analysis, development of financial modeling, knowledge of auditing/reconciliation methodologies and basic understanding of Income Statement, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow components of financial statements. Excellent computer skills with a variety of software products such as Microsoft Office (Excel, in particular). Excellent organizational interpersonal, written and oral communication skills. Ability to multi-task.
