Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Human Resources Assistant to join our exciting and innovative organization!
Position: Full time 38.75 hours per week
Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30AM-5:00PM
No Weekends, No Holidays
Provides a variety of administrative support functions for employee relations and employee engagement, participation in special projects, manage assigned programs and other related duties.
Assists in a variety of special projects focusing on employee relations and employee engagement. Gathers relevant documents, files and records from sources within and outside of the department. Produces statistical or financial data requiring basic interpretation. Prepares reports using statistical or financial tables, using established formats, graphs and charts.
Provides clerical support functions, including but not limited to copying, collating, sorting, faxing, filing, distributing and retrieving documents and mail
Arranges meetings, events, trainings and activities for manager and/or HR Department. Coordinates internal or external meetings. Prepares materials for meetings and trainings as required or directed. May attend meetings to take minutes.
Creates and maintains confidential, sensitive files and records for multiple functions, ensuring efficient retrieval of information.
Launch biannual Mentoring Program through general event planning, logistics and administrative functions. Coordinate mentor/mentee pairs. Conduct mentoring orientation for each biannual session, as needed.
In partnership with HR Business Partners, pilot and coordinate career laddering program by developing content for Recruiting and Medshare HR sites.
Participates as active member of Human Capital Committee and Diversity Committee by sharing results of data collection from surveys, focus groups, and new employee feedback.
Performs a variety of duties such as entering information on line, mailing documents, and following up on incomplete information, etc. Resolves discrepancies within position responsibilities.
Presents Employee Relations segment at new hire orientation on a bi-weekly basis.
Responds to unemployment claims by collecting information from HRIS system and employee file.
Conducts new hire engagement surveys at required intervals based on new hire tenure. Analyzes results of surveys monthly.
Develops and coordinates quarterly HR newsletter by collecting information from each HR discipline.
Partners with Engagement Specialist to assist in projects and retention and engagement training.
Conducts and monitors exit interview process for departing employees. Process all voluntary resignations in HRIS system.
Updates and maintains HR MedShare page with program and policy changes.
Complies with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies.
Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc.
Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed.
Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.
Regular, reliable and predicable attendance is required.
Associate’s degree in related discipline. Three to five years office experience. Human Resources background preferable. Proficient in the use of a variety of software products such as, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, etc. Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills. Experience and proficiency in public speaking.
