Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Telecom Technician to join our exciting and innovated organization!

 

Full Time: 40 hours

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM

 

Must be able to travel to all Reliant Medical Group sites

 

Support and implement Reliant Medical Groups telecommunications infrastructure. This includes installing, configuring, maintaining, supporting, and optimizing all telephone systems and services, voicemail and PBX communication systems. The person will also analyze and resolve telecommunications circuit issues in a timely and accurate fashion, and support user needs where required.

Responsibilities

Provides service, installation and maintenance support for telecomm, network, and peripheral equipment.

 

Coordinates and prioritizes service and work orders daily

 

Escalates service orders as appropriate based on Service Level Agreement and skill set

 

Setup and maintain phone system reporting statistics

 

Work with Practice Manager to build and maintain ACD groups

 

Performs first level diagnostics and troubleshooting for Telecomm equipment, voice circuits, and peripherals

 

Performs PBX monitoring, troubleshooting, and repair.

 

Provide routine hardware/software administrative and service support

 

Enhances professional growth and self-development through participation in educational programs, current literature, in -service meetings and workshops

 

Verifies service by testing circuits, equipment, and alarms; identifying, correcting, or escalating problems

 

Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

 

Regular, reliable and predicable attendance is required.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.

Previous experience in all phases of telecommunications and voice solutions.

In-depth knowledge of telecommunications networks.--Mitel experience highly preferred.

Excellent consultative and communication skills.

Demonstrated analytical ability and judgment.
