Reliant Medical Group is seeking a Web and Marketing Specialist to join our exciting and innovative organization!


Full Time: 40 hours

Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30AM - 5:00PM



Serves as primary content creator and coordinator for the organization. Implements external and internal digital initiatives to support the organization including related entities or subsidiaries in collaboration with the marketing team. Develops a variety of content and maintains the organization’s social media platforms. Coordinates on-line marketing initiatives as directed.  Uses a variety of digital mediums (including video, social media, blogs) to share information with patients, employees and our community. Work with departments to determine their needs and expectations and offer marketing/communications solutions via a variety of digital tactics.


Oversees company’s social media channels (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).

Acts as a content creator and coordinator. Establishes relationships with clinical staff and other thought leaders to generate timely, shareable content for use on the organization’s website, social media platforms and patient newsletters.  Shoots short form videos and integrates/posts them on website, social media platforms, etc.  Coordinates logistics for large video projects. Write and upload blog posts.  Coordinates other content submissions from across organization (i.e. photos, events, etc.).


Leverages social media management (i.e. Hootesuite) tools to manage social media (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, You Tube, LinkedIn, etc.) content. Generate publish and share daily social media content. Implement paid social ads based on objectives. Report on social media content, as necessary.


Become familiar with target audiences to determine appropriate style, tone and voice for each project.


Works with Senior Web & Marketing Communication specialist to optimize and expand organization’s online presence and develops result-oriented, web-based traffic.


Monitors social media and other online metrics.


Integrates relevant emerging technology that enhances user experience.


Updates online listing across web, such as Google, Bing, Healthgrades, etc.


Assists IT and other staff with development and maintenance of intranet content.


Coordinates corporate communications on Intranet.


Works with Senior Marketing Specialist on website updates and initiatives, as necessary.


Works with external vendors, as needed.



Bachelor’s degree in communications or related discipline and two (2) to three (3) years relevant experience. Knowledge of Wordpress, HTML and Adobe Creative Suite preferred. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, writing and communication skills required. Ability to shoot and produce short videos. Ability to manage multiple projects and familiarity with digital analytics preferred. Must embrace social media and emerging technology professionally as well as personally. Must have demonstrated understanding of both and the social presence to prove it. Knowledge of various software applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
