Overview

Reliant Medical Group is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join our exciting and innovative organization!

 

Position: Full time 38.75 hours per week

Hours: Monday through Friday 8:30AM -5:00PM 

No Weekends, No Holidays 

 

Assists drivers and delivery technicians with picking the inventory for daily deliveries.  Assists in the delivery of equipment as needed.  Receives daily oxygendeliveries. Cleans all rehabilitation and durable medical equipment following accreditation guidelines. Ensures the stocking of warehouse supplies to appropriate levels and other related duties.

Responsibilities

Replenishes stock to proper location in the warehouse. Unpacks product from case packaging as required, handles product in a manner to minimize damage.

 

Rotates stock to help ensure oldest stock is used first and stock does not expire.

Utilizes computer pick sheets, retrieves product from shelves and packages for shipment. 

 

Completes documentation as required.

 

Transports product to proper destination utilizing the appropriate warehouse equipment.

 

Fills medical supply orders and sends to patients and customers via U.S. mail as needed. 

 

Maintains a clean and safe work environment. Reports to supervisor any unsafe or non-routine issues.

 

Processes all returned products accurately following standard procedures.

 

Provides documentation to inventory control.

 

Serves as backup driver as required.

 

Complies with health and safety requirements and with regulatory agencies such as Community Health Accreditation Program, Department of Transportation, Federal Drug Administration, etc.

 

Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.

 

Enhances professional growth and development through educational programs, seminars, etc. 

 

Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, and seminars as required or directed.

 

Performs other similar and related duties as required or directed.

 

Regular, reliable and predicable attendance is required.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent. Up to and including six months warehouse experience. Current Massachusetts driver’s license.  Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
